White peppercorns, organic, 50 g

For white pepper, the ripe berries of the pepper plant are peeled and dried. White pepper is sharper in both flavour and aroma than black pepper. You can use it to spice up a wide variety of dishes and is also a perfect addition to light-coloured sauces and fish. Freshly ground white pepper has a more intense flavour than pre-ground pepper.

Tip: if you coarsely grind or crush the peppercorns, the pepper will be less spicy and more aromatic.
