Heb je iets bij ons gekocht de afgelopen tijd, en wil je dat ruilen of terugbrengen? Geen zorgen, deze tijd telt niet mee in je garantietermijn. Bewaar je kassabon en kom langs in een van onze winkels zodra we weer open zijn. Wij communiceren dit via social media en onze website.

What options are there for returning my item(s)?

1. Via Returnista

This is the easiest solution for returning a package.

  1. Please follow this link and enter your email address and order number.
  2. Then simply choose which product(s) you want to return and indicate whether you want to use the home pick-up service or if you would prefer to drop off the package to a drop-off point near you.

2. Via PostNL, DHL or any other shipping company

You can also choose to return your package via another shipping company such as PostNL or DHL. In the original packaging that the item was delivered in, you will find a packing slip with the return address on it. On this form, please indicate which item(s) you wish to return. Returns are made at your own expense and risk.

3.     Via UPS
Je kan er voor kiezen om je pakket via UPS terug te sturen. Kijk voor het dichtstbijzijnde UPS-punt op www.upstoday.com. In het geleverde pakket vind je een pakbon met daarop een retouradres. Op dit formulier geef je aan welk(e) artikel(en) je wil retourneren. Plak de retoursticker op het pakket en breng het vervolgens naar het postorderbedrijf. Retourneren is op eigen kosten en risico.

Reflection period (right of withdrawal) 

You can return an order immediately without giving us prior notice. In this case there will be a reflection period of 100 days from the date of receipt of the order. Please use the return slip provided with the order to start the returns process.

You can also notify us within 100 days of receiving the order that you don't want the order after all. You can do this using the model form, but you can also notify us in writing or by telephone or email. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received this notification. After sending the notification, you will still have 14 days to actually return the order.

Refunds

We will refund you the total purchase price (including delivery costs) as soon as possible or at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may wait to refund you until we have received the returned item(s) or until you have demonstrated you have returned the item(s), whichever comes first. We will refund you using the same method used to pay for the order, including standard shipping and/or other charges. If only part of the order has been returned, these shipping and other charges will not be refunded.

If you paid using iDeal or Bancontact/Mister Cash, the total amount of the credit invoice will be refunded to the bank account with which your payment was made. If you paid by Bancontact/Mister Cash, we may ask you to provide us with your IBAN and BIC code so that we can arrange your refund from a Dutch bank. If you paid using credit/debit card or Maestro, the refund will be made via your credit card.

Order handling 

You may treat the products you receive just as you would do in a physical store. If this requires opening the package, please do so as neatly as possible. If you break the seal on audio and video recordings and computer software and on products that are not suitable for returns due to reasons of hygiene or a potential health risk, you can no longer return these products.You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return costs

Any return costs are at your own expense.

Wil je liever je producten persoonlijk komen afgeven, dan kun je langskomen bij onze retourbalie van onze logistieke partner in Nieuwegein:

5.    In één van onze winkels
Je kunt je aankoop ook gratis retourneren in één van onze winkels. De winkelmedewerker zal de artikelen dan terugsturen naar de webwinkel. In principe krijg je geen geld terug in de winkel. Het aankoopbedrag wordt zo spoedig mogelijk, uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen na herroeping, teruggestort op je rekening. 

In sommige gevallen kun je wel ruilen in de winkel.

Want to exchange your item?

Unfortunately a purchased item cannot be exchanged. However, you can return the item and order a new one online or purchase it in one of our stores. Contact our customer service department for more information about this: klantenservice@dille-kamille.com.

Is the item damaged upon receipt or do you have a complaint? 

We always do our best to send your order to you as securely and safely as possible. However, if your order is incomplete or damaged, please let us know. We are more than happy to help! Exceptions

The following items are not covered by the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned:

  1. Gift Cards 
  2. Products or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no control and which may occur within the withdrawal period; 
  3. Products manufactured according to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or are clearly intended for a specific person; 
  4. Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life; 
  5. Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery; 
  6. Products that, due to their nature, have been irreversibly mixed with other products after delivery; 
  7. Alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but whose delivery can only take place after 30 days, the actual value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence; 
  8. Sealed audio, video recordings and computer software, the seal of which has been broken after delivery; 
  9. Newspapers, magazines or journals, excluding subscriptions; 
  10. Digital content other than on a physical medium, but only if: 
    a. performance of this service has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer; and 
    b. the consumer has declared that they have thereby forfeited their right of withdrawal. 
  11. Services executed entirely during the reflection period, if: 
    the execution of the service has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer; and 
    the consumer has declared that they waive their right of termination once the trader has fulfilled the contract.
