Poppy seeds, organic, 60 g

The blue-grey seeds of the poppy have a sweet and slightly nutty flavour. They can be used as decoration on home-made bread (rolls) and bagels, just sprinkle them on your dough just before baking! Poppy seeds are also delicious in cakes, granola, Indian curries and Asian sweet dishes and desserts.

Tip: for a more intense flavour, briefly toast the seeds in a dry frying pan before use.
