Piping bag for use with a metal nozzle. For cake icing, puff pastry, mashed potatoes and other decorations and garnishes. Insert the nozzle as far as possible into the piping bag then fold the bag outwards. Hold the bag from below the fold as you fill it. Close the bag by twisting the top closed.
