Spelt flour for pancakes from windmill 'De Vlijt' in Wageningen (NL). Bake delicious pancakes yourself from the 'ancient grain' spelt with this mix of spelt flour, spelt meal, and buckwheat flour from certified organic cultivation.

To add: 1 liter of milk, 4 eggs, and salt.
Preparation: Place the mix with the salt in a bowl. Add half of the milk and stir with a whisk until a smooth batter forms. Gradually add the eggs and the remaining milk while stirring. Keep stirring regularly. Heat a knob of butter or a splash of oil in a frying pan. Pour a portion of the batter into the pan and swirl it around so that the batter is evenly distributed. Cook the pancake until golden brown on both sides.
