Garlic powder, organic, 60 g

The dried, ground garlic cloves have an intense onion-like aroma and flavor. Garlic powder adds an umami taste to your dishes. Use it – sparingly – in Asian recipes, particularly Indonesian and Chinese, in mayonnaise, various sauces, and of course, herb butter. A pinch of garlic powder also adds zest to an omelet and quiche filling.
