Bake your own delicious chocolate cookies with this mix from windmill 'De Vlijt' in Wageningen (NL) that includes wheat flour, cane sugar and chocolate. Comes with a recipe. Ingredients are 100% organic. Add: 180 g of butter, 1 beaten egg. Method: knead the mix and the butter into a ball. If the dough is too crumbly, add a few drops of water. Shape rolls with a 4 cm diameter and allow them to firm up in the fridge for 20 minutes. Cut the rolls into 0.5 cm slices or roll the dough out into a single, large sheet and use cookie cutters. Place the cookies slightly apart on a greased baking tray (or use ovenproof paper) then brush with the beaten egg. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170˚C for about 20 minutes until done.
