Pizza dough mix from windmill 'De Vlijt' in Wageningen (NL).
Manufactured in the Netherlands. Add: 250 ml lukewarm water, 1 tbsp olive oil, 8 g dried yeast. Method: blend the mix with the water. Add the olive oil and yeast then knead the mixture for about 10 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Divide the dough in two, shaping each into a ball. Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes at room temperature. Roll the dough balls out on a flour-dusted work surface to the desired thickness then put them on a greased or ovenproof paper-lined baking tray. Top the dough with ingredients of your choice. Bake the pizzas in a pre-heated oven at 250˚C for 15 - 20 minutes until done.
