Baking mix from windmill 'De Vlijt' in Wageningen (NL) for making pizza dough yourself.

  • Content: 500 grams
  • Produced in the Netherlands. To add: 250 ml lukewarm water, 1 tbsp olive oil, 8 g dried yeast.
    Preparation: mix the mix with the water in a mixing bowl. Add the olive oil and yeast and knead the mixture for about 10 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Divide the dough into two halves and shape both parts into a ball. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes at room temperature. Roll out the dough balls on a floured work surface to the desired thickness and place them on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Top the dough with ingredients of your choice. Bake the pizzas in a preheated oven at 250˚C for 15-20 minutes until done.
