This traditional wine vinegar is made the old-fashioned way.
As well as using quality starter wine, this vinegar is slowly aged in wooden barrels. This makes for a unique, full-bodied flavour. Barbera red wine vinegar is delicious with red meat and stewed, boiled or cold vegetables.
