Vegetable brush

Strong brush for cleaning vegetables such as potatoes, celeriac, feed carrots, etc. The handle is made of beechwood and the bristles are a mix of tampico (agave plant fibres) and bassine (sago palm). The lighter, softer side is used for cleaning more delicate vegetables, whilst the coarser fibres on the darker side make it easy to clean firm vegetables such as carrots or potatoes.
