Extract from organically grown Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar, intensely fragrant with a warm, sweet flavour. This pure extract is great in cakes, ice cream and all manner of desserts, in whipped cream, homemade jam, sweet or savoury sauces and hot drinks such as cocoa.
