Tzatziki is a traditional Greek appetizer or side dish, often used as a dip for (pita) bread and grilled meat. It is made with thick creamy yogurt, grated, drained cucumber, and our fresh herb mix. Stir everything together and let the flavors meld well before serving the tzatziki.
