This mix of green tea with refreshing peppermint and mildly sweet honey is one of our favourites at any time of the day. Also tastes great cold; add some sprigs of mint and perhaps a slice of lemon. The tea comes in a handy, stackable storage tin to keep its flavour and smell optimal. Also makes a fun gift! Make tea using 85 °C water and allow 1 teaspoon of tea to steep for 2 - 4 minutes.
