Terracotta oven dish, 24 x 33 cm

Large, glazed terracotta oven dish suitable for all manner of oven dishes including lasagne and traditional Dutch mashed potato dishes. The oven dish should not be exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations as these may cause the terracotta to crack. If you take a filled oven dish from the refrigerator, you should leave the dish to reach room temperature before putting it in a pre-heated oven. Also do not rinse a hot dish under the cold tap. Dishwasher proof.
