Syrup, pomegranate, organic, 500 ml

This ruby red pomegranate syrup is deliciously vibrant and summery. This is what old-fashioned pomegranate lemonade ('grenadine') is made from. Pomegranate has a sweet and sour flavour and smells wonderfully sweet. The syrup is artisanally prepared from organic pomegranate and Fairtrade cane sugar and is packaged in a beautiful swing-top bottle. Dilute with sparkling or ordinary water with a sprig of mint and/or lemon slices to taste. This syrup is also delicious undiluted in summer cocktails or over ice cream and desserts such as panna cotta. Pomegranate syrup adds a refreshingly sour touch to dressings and Moroccan dishes such as stews.
