Deliciously fresh and summery, this ruby red pomegranate syrup. This is where you make the old-fashioned pomegranate lemonade (""grenadine""). Pomegranate has a sweet and sour taste and a wonderful sweet smell. The syrup is artisanally prepared with organic pomegranate and Fairtrade cane sugar and packaged in a beautiful swing-top bottle.
To taste, dilute with sparkling or ""flat"" water, with a sprig of mint and/or lemon slices to taste. This syrup is also delicious undiluted in summer cocktails or over ice cream and desserts such as panna cotta. Pomegranate syrup adds a fresh-sour touch to dressings and Moroccan dishes such as stews.
