Homemade iced tea is delicious, especially this fruity blend of rosehip, strawberries and orange. Brew the tea strong and sweeten to taste with, for example, some honey. Serve ice cold, with ice cubes, slices of lemon and/or orange, sprigs of red currants and mint leaves. 2 tsp per cup. Steep in 100 ºC water for 5 – 7 minutes.
