Stainless steel cannoli form, 14 x 2.2 cm

Cannoli, crunchy baked pastry rolls with a deliciously sweet ricotta filling are a typical Sicilian delicacy. This handy form helps you make them yourself! Fold a small sheet of dough around the form, then bake it – form and all – in the oven or deep fat fry until nice and crispy. Allow to cool then remove from the form. Fill the cannoli with sweetened ricotta, decorated with pieces of candied fruit, chocolate chips, etc. if so desired. Delicious with coffee or as a dessert!
