Sage, organic, 15 g

Sage has an intense, herby aroma and an earthy, slightly bitter taste. It is delicious in various Italian and Provençal dishes, with lamb and pork, with fatty fish and with legumes. Use sparingly as sage has a fairly strong flavour that can easily overpower other ingredients. Tip: You can also use sage to make herbal tea, add lemon and honey to taste.
