Rosemary has a delicious Mediterranean, slightly resinous taste and aroma. It is used in various Italian and French dishes. Rosemary is also very tasty with sautéed mushrooms, roasted potatoes, and oven-roasted vegetables, with pork and lamb, poultry and rabbit, with tomatoes, and various legumes such as lentils and white beans.

Tip: Rosemary has a fairly strong flavor, so use it sparingly; you can always add more.
