A festive, effervescent, alcohol-free bubbly with a hint of bitterness, exclusively developed for Dille & Kamille based on our own tea blends. This effervescent tea is a cold brew made from teas including our white tea Pai Mu Tan, our strawberry/hibiscus and camomile/citrus blend, marigold, rose buds, lavender and a hint of black pepper. Serve chilled in a nice champagne flute/glass. Open the bottle carefully. After opening, store chilled (max. 7° C) and use inside 2 days. Our rosé effervescent tea is very good as an aperitif or combined with, for example: crayfish cocktail, pineapple and red chili, roast beetroot with roses, grapefruit and pistachio nuts, Pannacotta with red fruit, lemon pie with lavender Tip: decorate the effervescent tea with dried hibiscus blossoms, rose buds and/or lavender (available from Dille & Kamille).
