Roasting thermometer

This thermometer is for checking the temperature when cooking a roast. The thermometer shows when various meats, such as chicken, beef, lamb and pork are ready. The roasting thermometer is not oven safe. Take the meat out of the oven first, then insert the thermometer into the centre. You can tell if the meat is cooked from the temperature.
