Risotto with asparagus, 300 grams

Risotto made with carnaroli rice, including asparagus, carrot, onion, parsley, garlic, and chives. Risotto is a traditional rice dish from Northern Italy. The rice is cooked in broth and should be creamy after cooking, unlike regular rice. It’s also delicious with a splash of white wine added to the broth. Additional ingredients: 1.5 liters of broth, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 glass of white wine.
