Risotto made with carnaroli rice, featuring asparagus, carrot, onion, parsley, garlic and chives. Risotto is a traditional rice dish from northern Italy. The rice is cooked in broth and should be creamy after cooking, unlike regular rice. It’s also delicious with a splash of white wine. Add: 1.5 litres of broth, 5 tbsp of olive oil, 1 glass of white wine.
