This mix of mildly sour rhubarb and sweet rosehip is delightful, fruity and very refreshing. Hibiscus petals and apple slivers, add an extra refreshing touch, while the rosehips contribute a floral aroma. You can also make a delicious iced tea with it: brew the tea strong and sweet, adding honey or sugar to taste, before cooling. Steep in 100 ºC for 5 – 7 minutes.
