Glass Quattro Stagioni canning bottle with metal lid. For preparing juices, cordials, fruit-infused vodka/gin and much more. During the pickling or jam-making process a vacuum is created, which causes the lid to dent slightly in the middle. This allows you to check whether the pickling/preserving has been successful. The jar is suitable for sterilisation in the microwave, in a pan with water or in the oven. Always heat the glass gradually to avoid sudden changes in temperature.
