Pointed sieve made of high quality stainless steel, with handle and a hook to hang the sieve over the edge of a pan or dish. Ideal for sifting sauces and soups. Because the sieve is made of perforated sheet steel, you can apply a good amount of force while passing liquids through it, such as with the rounded side of a soup spoon or a wooden pestle.
