This pesto is handcrafted in Liguria, the narrow coastal region around Genoa. Delicious in combination with fresh cherry tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes, with white meat or fish, stirred into pasta or risotto, in savory tarts, or simply on a sandwich or bruschetta. Also tasty as a seasoning for boiled potatoes or grilled vegetables.
Vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free. After opening, cover with oil, store in the refrigerator, and use within a short time.
