Pastry brush, round, beech

Flat brush made from white horsehair with an FSC-certified beech handle. For brushing pastry with egg yolk, icing cakes, brushing meat or vegetables with butter or oil, and greasing baking tins and trays evenly. After use, clean the brush with a little detergent, rinse well and allow to dry. Length 20 cm, bristles width 2.5 cm.
