Conchiglioni are large, hollow pasta shells you can stuff. These organic pasta shells come in three colours in the flavours plain, spinach and tomato & beetroot, and are made of durum wheat. Their hollow shape makes this pasta ideal for stuffing with fillings such as ricotta, meat or vegetables which you can then serve in a sauce. The shells’ ribbed exterior ensures the sauce sticks to the pasta better.
