Italian pasta-making machine, stainless steel. Designed for making your very own pasta. The pasta machine has three different rollers for creating three different pasta shapes: lasagna sheets, tagliatelle (wide ribbon pasta) and tagliolini (narrow ribbon pasta). The roller for lasagna can also be used to make dough sheets for filled pasta dishes such as ravioli. Includes clamp with screw and wing nut to clamp the machine (sideways) to a table or countertop. Clean with a soft brush or dry cloth, never use water or washing-up liquid.
