Linguine pasta with squid ink from 'Antico Pastifico Morelli'. The squid ink gives the linguine a slightly briny 'sea flavour' and a beautiful black colour: the pasta is stunning and very delicious with, for example, a shrimp sauce. This traditionally prepared pasta gets its wonderfully rich flavour from a unique ingredient, the fresh wheat germ that contains many vitamins and plant-based proteins. This germ is often removed from other pastas to extend shelf life.
