Pasta ˜linguine' with squid ink from ˜Antico Pastifico Morelli'. The squid ink gives the linguine a slightly salty œsea taste and a beautiful black colour: the pasta is beautiful and very tasty with, for exaple, a sauce with prawns For ingredients, see "more information" at the bottom of the page.
This traditionally prepared pasta gets its deliciously full flavour from a unique ingredient, the fresh wheat germ - the heart of the wheat grain that is high in vitamins and plant proteins. This germ is often removed from other pastes to extend the shelf life.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina (94.74%), wheat germ (4.26%), squid ink (1.00%).
This product is made in a facility that also processes gluten, eggs and fish.
