This traditionally prepared pasta gets its deliciously full flavour from a unique ingredient, the fresh wheat germ - the heart of the wheat grain that is high in vitamins and plant proteins. This germ is often removed from other pastes to extend the shelf life.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina (94.79%), wheat germ (3.79%), natural lemon flavour (0.71%), black pepper powder (0.47%), dehydrated lemon juice (0.24%) equivalent of 1 l lemon juice.
This product is made in a facility that also processes gluten, eggs and fish.
