This traditionally prepared pasta gets its deliciously full flavour from a unique ingredient, the fresh wheat germ, the heart of the wheat grain that is high in vitamins and vegetable proteins. This germ is often removed from other pastes to extend the shelf life.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water, wheat germ (3,37%), dehydrated red chili (1,69%), dehydrated beetroot. May contain traces of eggs, fish, molluscs, mustard, soy.
