Mix of various organic essential oils such as rosemary, lemon and cypress that help you relax. Use the oil in a diffuser: fill the diffuser with water, add a few drops of fragrance oil, then allow to evaporate in your (bed)room.
This oil can also be used in massage oil or home-made cleaning products and cosmetics. Tip: add a few drops to your bath before heading for bed.
Please note: never apply the oil to the skin undiluted. Always mix with a base oil such as almond, jojoba or olive. Undiluted, the oil may cause skin irritation. Please note: not for consumption. Keep outside children’s reach.
