Nougat (or noga) is a sweet treat originally from the Mediterranean. The Belgian family business 'Vital Nougat' has been making the finest nougat since 1926 according to a traditional recipe. In copper kettles, honey and sugar are slowly cooked and then mixed with whipped egg whites, nuts, and spices.
