Nougat is a sweet treat originally from the Mediterranean. The Belgian family firm 'Vital Nougat' has been making the finest nougat since 1926 according to a traditional recipe. Honey and sugar are slowly cooked in copper kettles and then mixed with whipped egg whites, nuts and spices.
