Nogent bread knife, stainless steel, 11 x 2 cm

This knife has a very hard stainless steel blade that ensures it will stay sharp for a long time and is easy to use. The blade is also thin (up to 1.5 mm) and is sharpened along its entire length before having a satin finish manually applied. The handle is made from stained beechwood which was air-dried for a year. It is sturdily attached and guaranteed not to come loose. The wood is from PEFC certified forests where man and nature are treated with care.
