Homemade pizza is even more delicious with this spice mix. Method: add 1 tbsp of the mix to a pan with 200 ml of water and 100 ml of olive oil. Allow to simmer gently on a low heat for a few minutes until the water has evaporated. Spread evenly over the pizza base, preferably on top of the tomato sauce. Then top the pizza to taste.
