With this spice mix, homemade pizza becomes even more delicious. Preparation: Add 1 tablespoon of the mix to a pan with 200 ml of water and 100 ml of olive oil. Let everything simmer gently over low heat for a few minutes until the water has evaporated. Spread evenly over the pizza base, preferably over the tomato sauce. Then top the pizza further to taste.
