Mix for pasta all’arrabbiata. Delicious spicy tomato sauce for penne or spaghetti. Allow 1 tbsp of the pasta all’arrabbiata mix, 2 tbsp of pasta cooking water and 2 tbsp of olive oil simmer gently for a few minutes, until the water has evaporated. Add the sauce to the drained pasta and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top to taste.
