Aglio e pepperoncino is a pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil and chili pepper – a classic from southern Italian cuisine. This mix helps you quickly and easily make a full-flavoured pasta sauce. Allow 1 tbsp of aglio e pepperoncino mix, 2 tbsp of pasta cooking water and 2 tbsp of olive oil simmer gently for a few minutes, until the water has evaporated. Add the sauce to the drained pasta. Optionally, serve with grated Parmesan cheese and a handful of parsley for a delicious, herb-laden, spicy meal.
