Harissa is a spicy red sauce made from chillies and spices originally from North Africa. Harissa adds flavour and aroma to all kinds of dishes, from tagines and other stews to soup, fried fish and meat, roasted vegetables and couscous.
Use this spicy blend of herbs and spices to make an authentic harissa. The mix is also very good when mixed with mayonnaise to create a delicious dip for bread or chips/French fries or to give a spicy note to roasted vegetables/potatoes or fried chicken.
