Mix for fruity flower spritz, organic, 12 g

Put summer in your glass with this refined mix of flowers and red fruit. The delicious combination of freeze-dried cherries, raspberries and blueberries gives this spritz a refreshing, fruity base. The dried lavender and violets add a subtle flowery note to the drink. All you need to add are: water, prosecco or sparkling water (for alcohol-free spritzers) and ice cubes. Fill the bottle with water, then pour the contents into a pan and bring to the boil. Allow to steep for 15 minutes on a low heat. Pour back into the bottle, add honey to taste then allow to cool. Filter through a fine sieve before serving. Mix 1 part spritz base with 1 part sparkling water or prosecco in a large glass, add ice and enjoy! Store chilled after preparing and consume inside 24 hour. This mix is enough for 1 litre, approx. 6 cocktail glasses
