Bake delicious cakes yourself with this mix from Windmill 'De Vlijt' in Wageningen (NL).
Ingredients: wheat flour*, cane sugar*, rye flour*, raising agents (E341i, E500), lemon powder*, salt, vanilla*.
*From verified organic cultivation.
To add: 235 grams of butter and 5 eggs at room temperature.
Preparation: beat the butter until soft and creamy. Mix the eggs into the butter one at a time and also add a tablespoon of the cake mix each time. Then slowly add the remaining mix and stir in 4 min until you have a smooth batter. Fill the cake tins 2/3 full with the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 175 ËšC for 20-25 min.
Store in a cool and dry place.
