Mix for aïoli, organic, tin, 50 g

Aïoli – or 'alioli' in Spanish – is a delicious garlic sauce that is widely enjoyed around the Mediterranean. The sauce is made from finely crushed garlic and olive oil and pairs wonderfully with tapas, (roast) potatoes, various types of vegetables, fried fish, meat and shrimp. You can make your homemade aïoli even tastier with our zesty herb mix. Alternatively, you can mix the blend into mayonnaise or yogurt for a delightful variation. Allow the herb mix steep in hot water before use.
