This mild – 'edelsüß' – paprika powder is made from dried bell peppers. It is essential in Hungarian goulash, but also adds lots of flavour and a beautiful, warm red colour to pork or legume dishes, stewed vegetables, etc. Use paprika powder as a lovely garnish for cheese or egg dishes or in mayonnaise.
