Meat mallet, beech with aluminium
Beechwood meat mallet with two different aluminium surfaces. A meat mallet is used to crush the connective tissue in the meat, this makes the meat more tender. Also use the hammer to make pieces of meat larger and thinner, for e.g. meat rolls. Length 31.5 cm, Length head 11 cm, Ø 4.5 cm. Not dishwasher safe.
