This ultra-sharp grater is ideal for grating Parmesan or other hard cheeses over your plate. You can also use it to grate lemon and orange peel, fresh ginger, chocolate and many other things. The rubber finish on end allows you to use the grater upright at an angle without it slipping.
Tip: rinse the grater under warm running water immediately after use.
