A true classic, this unique Chinese black tea from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province. The tea is dried over fires of softwood, giving it a characteristic smoky aroma. Also delicious with an (Oriental) meal or for cooking: try steaming fish over Lapsang Souchong, delicious!
