Instant yeast, packet 125 grams

This instant dried yeast is used for baking delicious airy bread and cakes, also to be used with the bread maker. Use this fast-acting yeast e.g. for the organic bread mixes, the mix for organic meatloaf and the organic poffertjes mix. For ingredients see ""more information"" at the bottom of the page.

For 500 grams of flour, use about 1 teaspoon of yeast. Mix the flour and yeast first before adding moisture, to prevent uneven rising. Gluten free.
