Instant yeast, packet 125 grams

This instant dried yeast is used for baking delicious airy bread and cakes, and can also to be used in a bread maker. Use this fast-acting yeast to make e.g. our organic bread mixes, our mix for organic meatloaf or our organic poffertjes mix. Use about 1 tsp of yeast for 500 g of flour. Mix the flour and yeast before adding moisture, to prevent uneven rising.
