Hummus mix, organic, tin, 50 g

Hummus is delicious as a sandwich filling or as a dip with drinks! It's super easy to make yourself: get some mashed chickpeas (or try haricot beans as an alternative) and simply add this delightful spice mix. Use approx. 2 teaspoons of spices per 400 grams of chickpea purée. Season your hummus with tahini (sesame paste) or sesame oil, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with finely chopped coriander and/or parsley: both beautiful and delicious!
