Sweet honey with a warm, nutty aroma. Cold extracted. Delicious in your tea, yogurt, dessert or pastry. Bees primarily visit a single flower species to make this monofloral honey. You can taste that in the specific taste and aromas. Not suitable for children under 1 . Store in a dark, dry place at room temperature. Tip: the natural sugars in honey crystallise over time. This has nothing to do with quality or shelf life. To make honey liquid again, heat the jar for 15 minutes 'au bain-marie' to max. of 40 °C.
