Ginger powder, organic, 45 g

Ginger powder made from the dried, ground root of the ginger plant. It tastes slightly sweet and somewhat sharp with an intense aroma. It is used in various Asian, Middle Eastern and North African dishes. Ginger powder is also delightful, either on its own or in a spice mix, in all kinds of biscuits and other baked goods and as a hint of warmth in desserts. Tip: a tsp of ginger powder is very tasty in homemade apple compote or with poached pears.
